Job summary

An Optometrist in our retail store will be part of a team delivering total satisfaction to customers by conducting thorough eye examinations and lens prescriptions, and by recommending eyewear to meet professional and ethical standards.

You will use your knowledge to identify customer needs, recommend eyewear, and act as an ambassador to ensure every customer is welcomed and their expectations are exceeded throughout the store experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• As an Optometrist in our retail store, you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and lens prescription
• You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear accordingly. In addition, you will act as an ambassador for the Company ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience.
