Job summary

OWNDAYS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Optometrist to enhance customer experiences by providing professional advice on spectacles and related products. Responsibilities include performing refraction tests, maintaining store operations, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate must have a Diploma or Degree in Optometry, be registered with OOB, and possess strong communication skills. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped for success.

Qualifications

• Registered with OOB (pre-registered candidates welcome!).
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Passionate about making eye care accessible and meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Performing refraction test and dispensing.
• Provide professional advice to customers on spectacles, frames, and related products.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store operations and ensure proper inventory control.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store sales targets.
