Job summary

ZARA is seeking an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations in our retail stores. The role focuses on implementing RFID concepts and maintaining efficient stockrooms while ensuring excellent customer service.

The candidate should be energetic, personable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. 44 hours per week with weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations/warehouse preferred.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand RFID concepts (RFID Identity and RFID Reading).
• Understand six benefits of RFID: Customer Service, Sale/Return, Inventory, Camion, Replenishment, Security.
• Stockroom organization by family and styles.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout warehouse/stockroom and report accidents to senior management.
