Job summary

ZARA Singapore is seeking a Visual Merchandiser with a flair for styling and strong customer interaction. Based in-store, you will bring the current collection to life through engaging displays and well-organized shop windows.

The role requires at least 2 years in fashion retail, leadership abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Working hours are 44 per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years fashion retail experience preferred.
• Visual flair and creative thinking.
• Strong systematic organized approach to work.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify key pieces and trends for current collections and market.
• Dress mannequins and displays following company standards.
• Set up displays representing the current collection and guidelines.
• Analyze impact of commercial decisions on store performance.
• Support shopfloor and housekeeping as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Visual Commercial Merchandiser (based in store, shift hours work) who has a creative flair for styling and also love engaging with people!

Responsibilities:

• You knowledgeable of the seasonal trends, understand and can identify key pieces in current collections, must-have pieces & understands company's & market trends
• Can demonstrate knowledge on handling procedure of mannequin how to dress by following the company standard
• Works on mannequins and dress them in key looks representing the current collection and understands the setup guidelines
• Shows a clear understanding on how commercial decisions impacts store performance and can analysis the impact (results) of commercial decisions
• Identify and action creative and visual ideas for the store
• Supporting other store functions when needed ie. shopfloor, housekeeping

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in the fashion retail experience preferred
• Visual flair and creative thinking
• Strong systematic organized approach to work
• Strong leadership and management skills

Commitment Hours :

• 44 hours/week
• Able to commit Weekend and Public Holidays (shift work, retail hours)
• Operation starts as early as 7am, and ends as late as or at 11pm
