We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Frontline Interns to join our Xiaomi Store team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in retail operations, customer service, and sales support, providing valuable exposure to the consumer electronics industry. Interns will be based in our store team, working on a 5-day schedule with rotating shifts, and may experience store relocation opportunities to broaden their retail exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and confidently explain Xiaomi products (smartphones, AIoT devices, and accessories) to customers.
• Sales Support: Assist in achieving store sales targets by supporting promotions, upselling, and handling customer inquiries.
• Store Operations: Support daily store operations including product display, inventory checks, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Event & Campaign Assistance: Contribute to in‑store marketing activities, product launches, and promotional events.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store staff to ensure seamless customer service and a positive store atmosphere.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Job Requirements

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Diploma student in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in retail operations, customer service, and consumer electronics.
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage).
• Outgoing personality with a customer‑first mindset.
• Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week on rotating shifts and adapt to store relocation for diverse internship experiences.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
