• Move across the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Capture guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address issues.
• Inform guests about local community programs and store initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and build strong relationships.
• Operate and restock product displays, use in-store tech, and keep the store clean.
