Job summary

Singapore Pools is seeking an Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy and continuously improve technology solutions across platforms. You will ensure engineering deliverables meet requirements, timelines, quality and security controls while collaborating with business, technology and vendor stakeholders.

The role involves supporting deployment, incident response and ongoing improvements to maintain operational stability within an enterprise retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science or IT related discipline.
• 3–5 years hands-on software engineering experience or practical exposure in enterprise solutions.
• Experience in SDLC within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and maintain enhancements per approved requirements and standards.
• Support system integration testing, UAT, production deployment and stabilisation activities.
• Provide 24/7 application on-call support when required and lead technical response for incidents.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues, defects and incidents.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes and runbooks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support delivery outcomes.
