Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused retail sales associate in Singapore. You will promote mobile plans, broadband services, handsets, and digital solutions, while advising customers on suitable options and closing sales.

You will also manage daily store operations, provide attentive service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Training is provided for newcomers, and weekend/public holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Retail or telecommunications experience advantageous.
• Training provided for candidates without prior experience.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by promoting mobile plans, broadband services, handsets, accessories, and digital solutions.
• Assist customers with new sign-ups, recontracts, renewals, device upgrades, and product enquiries while providing suitable recommendations based on their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships through professional advice and support.
• Manage daily retail operations, including POS transactions, cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory control, and merchandise management.
• Ensure products, promotional materials, and store displays are maintained in accordance with company standards and branding guidelines.
• Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, promotions, and industry trends to effectively support sales initiatives and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
