Job summary

AG Acquisition Management Pte Ltd is seeking a sales-driven individual to engage customers at a bank branch, promote credit cards and personal loans, handle enquiries, and assist with applications. The role emphasizes high commission potential and career progression within the team.

Selected candidates will undergo training, with open opportunities for future team leadership as the team expands. The position is based at a bank branch in Singapore, and candidates must be Singaporean.

Qualifications

• Good communication skill (intermediate).
• Self management skill (basic).
• Minimum 3 GCE 'N' levels pass including maths.
• Will be attached to a bank branch.

Responsibilities

• Speaking to customer doing transaction at bank branch.
• Promoting suitable card for consideration after understanding their spend habits.
• Promoting personal loan for consideration.
• Handling their enquiries and objection on credit card or personal loan.
• Assisting with their credit card or personal loan application.
• Self manage toward own goal, including emotion control as might get numerous rejections.
• Ensure compliance to bank's security processes.

Job description

Benefits

• Salary: $2100 with high uncapped commission (gross up to 5K)
• Career progression to team lead position when the team expand or has a job opening in future
