Swee Lee is seeking a Retail Associate to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products, greeting customers, and helping them choose the right instruments and accessories.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, participating in training programs, and performing store duties such as stock handling, cashiering, and visual merchandising to ensure an engaging shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of musical instruments is required.
• Strong customer-facing and sales aptitude.
• Friendly, proactive communication and teamwork.
• Comfort with office applications and POS/ERP systems.
• Reliable and punctual with a responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling products and services.
• Achieving the monthly sales target set by the Company.
• Ensuring that every customer who visits the store is acknowledged with a friendly greeting.
• Providing assistance and information required to encourage a purchase.
• Eager to learn and participate in the company's training programs.
• Performing tasks such as cleaning of the store, unpacking of stock, maintenance of musical instruments and other administrative tasks as necessary.
• Performing cashiering duties.
• Replenishing displays to ensure that there is sufficient stock for selling and that visual merchandising is attractive to customers.
• Establishing long-term relationships with key customers, taking note of their preferences and past purchases.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Associate to join us as we strive to deliver world-class service to our customers. As a sales professional, knowledge of the sales process is crucial - prospecting, qualifying, selling, overcoming objections, closing the deal and follow up. Requirements

• Knowledge of musical instruments is a must (Drum, Guitar, Bass, Ukulele or Digital Audio Workstation knowledge).
• Have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people.
• A strong ability to connect with customers and sell.
• Understand customer service principles and is able to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office & Google Drive applications, and ability to learn using the in-house ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and cashiering system.
• Punctuality is a must.
• A strong sense of responsibility, willingness to take the initiative to spot and resolve issues, and takes pride in going the extra mile.
• Location is at Clarke Quay or The Star Vista.
