Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly retail assistant in Singapore to greet customers, process prescriptions and orders, and help maintain accurate records.

You will support day-to-day store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. You should be customer-service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be flexible to rotate shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage; training provided.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a retail environment with extended operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer prescription, work order and payment records.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stock replenishment.
• Support day-to-day retail store operations.
