Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-oriented retail associate for photography products at City Hall. You will welcome customers, assess their needs, and guide them to suitable cameras, lenses, and accessories, while maintaining a tidy, attractive store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or sales, basic Word and Excel skills, and an interest in photography or videography. This role offers up to S$2,800 per month, with a schedule of 5 days including Saturday.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in retail, customer service or sales.
• Able to use Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products.

• Apply basic photography knowledge to assist customers.

Job description

Salary: Up to S$2,800 per month (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers and assisting them with their enquiries.

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.

• Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment of products.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Keep up to date with new products, industry trends, and product features to provide accurate information to customers.

• Apply basic knowledge of photography, videography, and lighting to assist customers with relevant products.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Familiarity with photography equipment, IT products, and hardware.

• Willingness and ability to learn new products, technologies, and store systems.

• Passion or interest in photography and videography is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
