Job summary

Lynkage Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Bike Shop Assistant who will grow into a Bike Mechanic. No prior mechanic experience is required; we hire for care and train the rest.

You will start with stock handling, packing online orders, workshop upkeep, and assisting on services, while talking to walk-in customers and helping them choose the right parts. The role offers a 5-day week and statutory benefits as you gain skills in advanced setups.

Lynkage is a fast-growing bicycle workshop and online parts business — custom builds, premium components, and e-commerce across our own store and marketplaces.

The scope:

Initial: receiving and organising stock, packing online orders, workshop upkeep, assisting on services, serving walk-in customers

End goal: tubeless setups, drivetrain tuning, brake bleeds, full services, electronic groupsets (Shimano Di2 / SRAM AXS), full custom builds and running the workshop day-to-day

A plus, not a must: retail or sales experience (you'll talk to customers daily and help them choose the right parts), and any operations experience — inventory, stocktakes, order fulfilment, marketplace platforms. If you've kept a storeroom honest or handled Shopee orders before it will be a plus

You should be: hands-on and precise (the kind of person who notices what's slightly off), reliable, genuinely interested in bikes or keen to become so, and eligible to work in Singapore.
