Opportunities exist to learn shop floor management and advance to shop lead. Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Responsibilities include assembling and tuning bicycles, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, managing inventory, processing sales at POS, and delivering customer-focused service to build

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail for bicycle servicing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and tune up new folding and road bicycles to ensure quality and safety before sale
• Analyze and troubleshoot bicycle issues to recommend appropriate maintenance services
• Perform bicycle repairs, replace parts, and provide accurate service quotes to customers
• Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels and support smooth shop operations
• Use PC systems to process sales transactions efficiently at Point of Sales
• Listen actively to customers to identify problems and develop effective solutions
• Deliver friendly, customer-focused service to exceed customer expectations and build loyalty
