Job summary

You'll handle customer inquiries, assist in merchandising plans, promotions, and loss prevention through stock rotation and accurate replenishment. This role offers exposure to merchandising concepts and collaboration with store teams to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operations
• Consistent housekeeping, hygiene, stock rotation, replenishment and service to provide customers with a conducive shopping environment
• Handle and resolve customers’ inquiries
• Assist in the implementation of merchandising plans and strategies; to maximize sales and minimize losses through the merchandise and space.
• Assist in developing new merchandise concept and subsequent promotion and marketing of the product.
