Job summary

FORVIS MAZARS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Senior to conduct market research and financial analyses, participate in business development, and manage restructuring processes for assigned client engagements.

Responsibilities include analyzing historical performance, developing restructuring plans, and drafting creditor communications, with a focus on ethics and quality assurance in procedures.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate insolvency/restructuring.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse historical financial performance and cash flows.
• Conduct financial analyses and review financial statements.
• Gather data to develop financial restructuring plans.
• Prepare documents for sale of distressed assets.
• Research legal entity structures of clients.
• Draft correspondence to clients with creditors during restructurings.
• Support team with judicial management, receiverships and liquidations.
• Gather data to develop proposals or schemes of arrangement.
• Maintain relationships to drive outcomes.
