Job summary

RSM Singapore is seeking an Associate for its Restructuring & Forensics (PTIB) division. The role focuses on administering bankruptcy estates and requires a blend of legal knowledge and accounting proficiency to manage insolvency processes and asset realization.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with various stakeholders and maintaining thorough case documentation. Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of experience are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Law, or ISCA-recognised accounting qualifications.
• Fresh graduates or <2 years' experience in corporate insolvency or external audit.
• Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer bankruptcy estates, including asset control and realization.
• Gather information from bankrupts and third parties.
• Adjudicate creditors' claims and investigate past transactions.
• Prepare legal correspondence, notices, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and maintain case databases.
• Attend meetings and document minutes for case reviews.
