Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
• Demonstrated customer service leadership in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, with ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
• Familiar with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and PeachWorks.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills.
• Solid acumen in financial management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
