Job summary

Kingdom Gourmet Pte. Ltd. is hiring a shift supervisor to lead daily operations across multiple Singapore outlets. You will work 11am–11pm, 5.5 days per week, with lunch and dinner provided. The role focuses on provisioning with chefs, cost estimation, and maintaining service quality.

Expect strong leadership, clear communication, and teamwork as you guide the team on each shift and uphold company standards. Gross salary ranges from SGD 6,000 to SGD 8,000 per month.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Supervise portion control to minimize waste.
• Ensure high quality of preparation and service.
• Lead the team on each shift and uphold service standards.
• Investigate and resolve complaints about food quality and service.
• Ensure sufficient stock supplies for smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
