Job summary

Khairunmiyah Restaurants Pte. Ltd. seeks a Restaurant Manager to supervise daily front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction in a dynamic dining environment.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching staff; ensuring compliance with health and safety standards; managing inventory and costs; and maintaining excellent guest relations. Relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in restaurant or hospitality with 1–2+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, budgeting and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Food Handler Certification, Food Safety training, or RSA accreditation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening/closing, shift supervision, floor presence, and pre-shift briefings.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach and appraise front- and back-of-house staff.
• Welcome diners, manage VIP guests, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, manage vendors, and minimize waste.
• Track labor and food costs, and review revenue and expense reports weekly to annually.
• Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and local regulations.
