Job summary

Les Amis Group seeks an experienced restaurant professional to lead floor operations across a Japanese dining environment. You will drive service excellence, manage throughput, and guide team performance to meet sales targets while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, recruitment, training, and ensuring accurate communication of the menu to guests. A Diploma or higher and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to ensure excellent dining experiences for all customers in a Japanese restaurant.
• Operate competently in all floor roles including host, server, and cashier to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Manage restaurant sales targets and key performance indicators, including controlling food and labour costs.
• Train, motivate, and assess team members to enhance leadership and performance excellence, serving as a role model.
• Respond professionally to customer and team member feedback to maintain service quality.
• Maintain outlet safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Arrange workforce scheduling, manage recruitment and training, and report workforce shortages or excesses to the Area Manager regularly.
• Provide clear and thorough menu knowledge to team members during training to ensure accurate customer communication.
