  • Implement Company Policies & Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, enforce company regulations, and ensure smooth business performance.

  • Staff Management & Training: Allocate staff effectively, organize training and evaluations, and improve team professionalism and service quality.

  • Service Quality & Hygiene Supervision: Inspect pre-service preparation, staff grooming, and restaurant cleanliness to guarantee excellent customer experience.

  • Cost & Inventory Control: Manage ingredient usage and supplies, conduct regular inventory checks, and maximize restaurant profitability.

  • Marketing & Promotion Planning: Execute corporate marketing strategies, design promotional campaigns, and boost sales and brand image.
