Job summary

Leila Singapore is seeking a warm, polished Restaurant Host / Guest Experience Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming first impression, greeting arrivals, and efficiently managing reservations and seating.

You will escort guests to their tables, monitor table availability, coordinate with the service team, maintain a tidy reception area, and contribute to guest experience initiatives and promotions to ensure a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, F&B or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, confident and professional personality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists and table allocation.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience.
• Monitor table availability and coordinate with the service team.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
• Identify VIP guests and special occasions and communicate requests to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area.
• Coordinate with restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist with guest experience initiatives and restaurant promotions.
• Recommend dining experiences, menu highlights or promotions when appropriate.
• Support the restaurant team during peak periods and other operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• - Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.

• - Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception and waiting area.


• - Coordinate with the restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.


• - Assist with guest experience initiatives and restaurant promotions.


• - Recommend relevant dining experiences, menu highlights or promotions when appropriate.


• - Support the restaurant team during peak periods and other operational needs.

Requirements

• - Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, customer service or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.


• - Well groomed ,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• - Warm, confident and professional personality.


• - Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.


• - Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.


• - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


• - Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.


• - Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.


• - Candidates without direct hosting experience but with strong customer service experience are welcome to apply.

• - Attractive salary package: S$1,900 – S$3,100 per month
