Job summary

AMIRA Collective is seeking a warm, polished Restaurant Host / Guest Experience Host in Singapore to be the first point of contact for guests. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals and reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure a smooth, memorable experience from check-in to goodbye.

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, customer service or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• Well groomed, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, confident and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.
• Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates without direct hosting experience but with strong customer service experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate VIP guests, special occasions and special requests to the relevant team members.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• Coordinate with the restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist with guest experience initiatives and restaurant promotions.
• Recommend relevant dining experiences, menu highlights or promotions when appropriate.
• Support the restaurant team during peak periods and other operational needs.

• Attractive salary package: S$1,900 – S$3,100 per month
