Job summary

FU LIN GROUP PTE. LTD. operates a restaurant and bar on Telok Ayer St, Singapore. You will lead service operations and manage staff during shifts to ensure smooth dining experiences for guests.

Role involves supervising shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm (Mon–Fri) and 4pm to 11pm on Saturdays, with Sundays and holidays off. Incentives are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Hospitality service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

• Manage daily restaurant and bar service operations to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Coordinate and supervise staff schedules and duties during shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm on weekdays and 4pm to 11pm on Saturdays.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Support team members to achieve operational efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Uphold health and safety regulations during all service activities.
