Responsibilities

• Disinfect all ventilators and respiratory care equipment per infection control policies.
• Coordinate with CSSD for disinfection of reusable equipment.
• Maintain an adequate number of ready-to-use ventilators and document pre-use tests.
• Provide clinical and technical support to RTs as needed.
• Follow 6S principles for storeroom consumables and assist with asset tracking.
