Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in freelance recruiting and staffing for events production is preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a freelance pool of creatives, production and account talent.
• Lead meetings related to resource management and convey staffing needs across departments.
• Own planning documents allocating resources to projects and present configurations.
• Provide guidance on hours and proactive solutions for client and pitch work.
• Track team bandwidth and flag overloads with practical solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and fees with freelancers to keep resourcing on budget.
• Assign resources based on skills and project needs.
• Guide creative staff through workflow to ensure quality output.
