Job summary

Siemens Energy in Singapore is seeking a Resource Management – Team Lead to guide workforce and resource management for AP Field Service operations. You will focus on maximizing utilization, optimizing allocations, and sharpening forecasting accuracy to reduce external resource dependency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, operations, or field service leadership.
• Good understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization management.
• Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, or planning systems experience desirable.
• Leadership experience within a matrix organization.
• An interest in promoting transparency, fairness, and a data-driven planning culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategies aligned with outage demand forecasts, and maintain regional capacity planning and availability models.
• Manage allocation of Field Service resources across AP, optimizing utilization and cross-border deployment while reducing reliance on external resources.
• Ensure visibility of certifications, competencies, and critical skills, and partner with functional leaders to address competency gaps.
• Support hiring, succession planning, and long-term capability development pathways.
• Monitor resource utilization and productivity performance, developing workforce dashboards and data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Lead digital workforce planning initiatives, supporting adoption of resource planning tools, automation, and AI-driven forecasting.
