Job summary

LANDMARK E&C PTE. LTD. seeks a diligent Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise structural and civil works for residential projects. You will be the on-site eyes and ears, ensuring contractor adherence to drawings, regulations, and quality standards while reporting to the QP and consultant team.

You will review drawings, conduct inspections, handle NCRs, and verify progress with meticulous site records and documentation, supporting timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day structural site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and regulations.
• Review drawings for discrepancies and propose practical engineering solutions to consultants.
• Ensure works are conducted in accordance with consultant specifications and approved designs.
• Conduct site and material inspections, identify non‑conformances, and oversee rectification by the builder.
• Witness site inspections, tests, and commissioning activities.
• Audit contractor claims and verify progress payments with accurate site records.
