Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with statutory codes, maintain precise site records, and proactively resolve issues while supervising quality control and progress reporting to deliver safe, efficient outcomes.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage field operations for large-span steel and precast works, and ensure documentation and compliance standards are consistently met across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.
• BCSS certificate.
• Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with quality control and construction administration standards.
• Maintain up-to-date site records documenting progress of works for effective project tracking.
• Identify, resolve, and manage site issues proactively to minimise delays and maintain team collaboration.
• Supervise construction works involving large span structural steel and precast components to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders to communicate project status and challenges.
