Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Diploma-qualified site supervisor to uphold safety on a live project at One Raffles Quay or USC Plant. You will work with the safety team, review drawings and method statements, and supervise contractors to meet technical and schedule requirements.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, night-work capability, and familiarity with MS Office; experience with chilled water systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• RTO accreditation in Singapore.
• Experience in construction site supervision and ability to work night shifts.
• Experience with chilled water systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety mindset and conduct daily toolbox meetings on site.
• Review detailed design drawings, method statements, material requisitions, etc.
• Supervise and manage the delivery of materials and equipment; verify quantities.
• Coordinate site services, routing, and related activities.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with specs and schedules.
• Witness testing and commissioning and assist in handover.
