Job summary

P & T CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Resident Technical Officer for a residential development project in Bukit Timah, Singapore.

The role requires hands-on site oversight of condominium works, coordinating inspections, and ensuring smooth handover from contractor to developer. The ideal candidate will be an accredited RTO with IES/ACES, possess strong knowledge of local authority standards and tolerances, and actively supervise defect rectification within set timelines as part of a collaborative

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ sit experience on residential condominium projects.
• Experience inspecting and clearing structural and architectural finishing works, and handover from contractor to developer.
• Experience inspecting defect rectification management during the post-TOP period for condominium projects.
• Registered with IES/ACES as an Accredited Resident Technical Officer.
• Good knowledge of local authority standards and acceptable finishing tolerances.
• Good team player, with the ability to oversee and ensure contractors complete defect rectification within stipulated timelines.
