Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to supervise Building Services QA for mechanical and electrical works in Singapore. The role emphasizes ensuring drawings and specifications compliance and maintaining thorough quality records.

The candidate should have 5+ years' QA experience on large infrastructure or water/waste projects in Singapore, with strong BS knowledge and BIM familiarity. Registration as RTO is required.

Qualifications

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Experience in solid waste management or water infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Experience supervising Building Services (BS) works for mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Familiarity with BIM software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Resident Engineer in daily close supervision and coordination duties on Building Services mechanical and electrical.
• Inspect and supervise Contractors’ works and tests to Approved Drawings and Specifications.
• Keep quality records of all works, monitor and report on work progress.
• Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works.
• Implement quality assurance plan in a well-coordinated manner.
• Coordinate with Contractors on execution of works.
