Job summary

AB CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. seeks a site supervisor to oversee civil/structural works under the direction of the Qualified Person. You will liaise with the main contractor's engineer, assist the Resident Engineer on structural activities, and ensure works comply with drawings and statements.

The role requires experience in site supervision, especially with precast elements for vehicular structures, and registration with IES. Work location is Singapore.

Qualifications

• RTO registration with IES is mandatory.
• Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or NCSS.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in site supervision of works.
• Min 2 years of experience in supervision of precast concrete element launching work for vehicular structures.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.
• Assist Resident Engineer on all structural works according to approved drawings.
• Monitor progress and assist Resident Engineer on structural inspections.
• Conduct C&S inspections for works and maintain records.
• Check and monitor structural works per contract drawings, specs, approved shop drawings and method statements.

Job description

Work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carryout their supervision and fully responsible to the appropriate QP.

• To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.
• To assist Resident Engineer on all structural works carried out according to approved drawings
• To monitor the progress and assist Resident Engineer on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.
• To conduct C&S inspection for works the inspections forms submit by Main Contractor Engineer/Supervisor and maintain proper records.
• To check and monitor the Structural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements
