Job summary

Woodlands Health Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Resident Physician. You will be responsible for the total management of patients in the wards and outpatient clinic under the supervision of a Consultant. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Your role includes guiding Medical Officers, House Officers and medical students, and taking on tasks assigned by the Head of Department in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with at least 3 years as Medical Officer.
• Postgraduate qualifications (MRCP/MCEM/FRCS) advantageous.
• Active clinical practice in the past 3 years in the discipline.
• Good English communication; registered with Singapore Medical Council.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients in wards and outpatient clinics under supervision.
• Guide Medical Officers, House Officers and medical students.
• Collaborate with nursing, allied health and pharmacists in a team.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Head of Department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong adaptability to changes;
• Strong command of spoken and written English;
• Registered (or meet registration criteria) with Singapore Medical Council.
