Resident Physician

The position of a Resident Physician entails provision of comprehensive patient care in your chosen discipline of practice, under the supervision of Specialist doctors.

Why This Role Matters

As a Resident Physician, you play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, compassionate, and safe clinical care across our care continuum. You will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team that advances clinical excellence, innovates care delivery, and supports new models of community‑based care.

This role positions you at the heart of our mission: to deliver patient‑centred care that is proactive, integrated, and future-ready. You will care for diverse patient populations, support service expansion, contribute to the training of junior doctors, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that shape how healthcare is delivered for generations to come.

If you are passionate about meaningful clinical work, multidisciplinary collaboration, and driving better outcomes for patients and the community, this is where your impact truly matters.

What You Bring:

  • Full regulatory compliance through Singapore Medical Council registration, whilst strong English proficiency facilitates effective communication across diverse patient populations and international healthcare partnerships
  • Operational resilience and adaptability that strengthens the organisation's ability to maintain consistent service delivery during challenging circumstances or emergency situations
  • Demonstrated competency in fast‑paced environments that contributes to the organisation's overall clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction outcomes
Mandatory Requirements
  • Eligible for registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) as a qualified medical practitioner
  • Be a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident with valid residency status
  • Possess a current and valid SMC practising certificate that permits clinical practice in Singapore
  • Maintain a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate demonstrating competency in emergency resuscitation procedures
