Job summary

GWC Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer with MRT tunnelling supervision experience to oversee site activities under BCA Act supervision.

The role requires coordination with clients and consultants, leading site staff, and participation in site/technical meetings. Qualified candidates will hold a PE‑board recognized Civil/Structural degree in Singapore, with at least 4 years in civil engineering, including 3 years supervising underground tunnelling MRT works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore.
• Min 4 years' civil engineering experience, 3+ years supervising underground MRT tunnelling.
• Registered with IES/ACES as Resident Engineer; RE Tunnel certification required.

Responsibilities

• To assist QP(S)/SRE(T) carry out supervision under the BCA Act.
• Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and interfacing issues with other consultants and contractors.
• Lead the site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by the client and/or project consultants.
• To attend the site/technical meeting

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural recognized by PE Board Singapore.
• Min 4 years of relevant experience as civil engineer, of which at least 3 years experience supervising underground tunnelling MRT works.
• Registered with IES/ACES as the qualified Resident Engineer
• Must have RE Tunnel certification (please attach it in the application.)
