LF DEVELOPMENTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator to support the M&E Consultant by coordinating and supervising installation works, ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications.

You will monitor progress and help manage project hand-over. The role requires a Bachelor degree in building construction and at least five years of supervision experience on building services projects, with preference for office projects and live alterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with building construction related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising building services projects.

Responsabilités

• Experience managing projects involving “Live” building additions and alteration works
