Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) to lead site supervision and QA on a major project at Jurong Island. You will coordinate civil and structural works, supervise RTOs, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's (or PGD/Professional) in Civil/Structural Eng, registration as RE (C&S) with Singapore's IE/ACE, and at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/PG Dip/Professional degree in Civil or Structural Eng (or equivalent).
• Registration as Resident Engineer (C&S) with the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES/ACE Singapore.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Resident Engineer on civil/structural building projects.

Responsabilités

• Assist QP(S) by coordinating and supervising daily civil and structural site works.
• Lead and monitor Registered Technical Officers on site to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and testing to verify specifications.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with contractors.
• Maintain accurate quality records and monitor work progress for reporting.
• Review and provide comments on contractor submissions for technical accuracy.
• Verify and approve contractor reports, variations, and progress claims.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for stakeholders.
• Perform other duties related to project requirements as assigned.
