Job summary

MSE Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a site supervisor to lead the construction of luxurious bungalow projects in Singapore. You will oversee demolition, ERSS, RC, and structural steel works, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards on site.

You will monitor progress, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain comprehensive records to support project success. Strong leadership and coordination with M&E teams are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Oversee safe demolition activities on site.
• Supervise Earth Retaining and Stabilizing Structures (ERSS).
• Manage reinforced concrete (RC) works to design specs.
• Supervise structural steel fabrication and erection.
• Coordinate tests to validate construction quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify all necessary structural tests to validate construction quality and safety.
• Monitor construction progress and produce detailed reports to inform project stakeholders.
• Maintain and update comprehensive records of all engineering works and property documentation.
• Attend and actively contribute to site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
• Apply leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Collaborate with M&E teams to support coordination efforts and optimize workflows.
