Job summary

Superminted is seeking a Resident Content Creator in Singapore to turn ideas into engaging short-form videos for social platforms. You’ll manage the full content process—from concept through filming to editing—while supporting branded campaigns when needed.

You’ll combine creative thinking with hands-on production, work independently, and collaborate with strategists, designers and account teams to bring ideas to life while staying on top of platform trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation or video production.
• Strong shooting and editing skills with end-to-end content ownership.
• Solid understanding of social-first storytelling for short-form video.
• Showreel or portfolio demonstrating social-first and branded work.

• Script, storyboard, shoot and edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.

As a Resident Content Creator, you’ll work across the full content process—from developing concepts and planning shoots to filming and editing short-form videos. You’ll create content for social platforms while also supporting more structured brand and campaign productions when needed.

We’re looking for someone who combines creative thinking with hands‑on production skills. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with different teams and adapting your approach across clients, formats and timelines.

• The ability to work across both quick‑turn content and more structured productions.
