Job summary

Solulu Beauty Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly creative social content lead who can translate brand direction into standout visual content across IG, TikTok, and campaigns.

You will own the monthly content strategy, develop concepts for reels and launches, and brief designers and videographers to ensure on-brand visuals. Portfolio of work is required and experience with product shoots is preferred.

• Own and plan monthly social media content strategy for Solulu & Tradishot.
• Develop creative concepts for Reels, TikTok, IG Stories, carousels and campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day social media content, posting and IG Stories.
• Plan and execute product launch campaigns from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Create briefs for graphic designer and videographer and coordinate video content.
• Ensure visuals are on-brand across both brands.

We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can take a brand direction and turn it into content that actually stands out.

You'll be responsible for how our brands show up visually and creatively across social media - from everyday content and IG Stories to product launches, campaigns and photoshoots.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and plan the monthly social media content strategy for Solulu & Tradishot

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas for Reels, TikTok, IG Stories, carousels and campaigns

• Manage the brands' day-to-day social media content, posting and IG Stories

• Plan and execute strong product launch campaigns from pre-launch → launch → post-launch

• Come up with creative concepts for product shoots, campaign shoots and social content

• Create detailed creative briefs for our graphic designer and videographer

• Work closely with the videographer to plan, direct and produce video content

• Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure visuals are on-brand and up to standard

• Produce simple social-first content independently when needed - not every piece of content requires a full production

• Maintain a strong and consistent visual direction across both brands

• Research trends, references, competitor brands and content formats - and turn them into ideas relevant to our brands

• Continuously improve content based on performance, trends and audience response

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has a very strong creative and visual eye

• Understands what makes content feel premium, current and engaging

• Can independently generate content ideas instead of waiting for instructions

• Is strong in both creative strategy AND execution

• Can reference great brands and translate inspiration into original ideas

• Understands social media deeply, especially Instagram and TikTok

• Can properly brief and direct designers, videographers and photographers

• Has experience planning campaigns and product launches

• Is hands-on and comfortable creating simple content independently

• Has high standards for visual details - typography, composition, styling, editing, storytelling and overall brand presentation

Portfolio is required. We want to see your actual work - social media accounts you've managed, campaigns, Reels/TikToks, IG Stories, photoshoots, creative concepts or brands you've helped build.
