The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Social Worker role based in Buangkok, Singapore.

The position offers a salary range of SGD 3,500 to 5,000 per month and follows a Monday to Friday schedule with 44 hours per week. The candidate will develop and execute individualized care plans for residents and coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress. Working hours include multiple shift options from 8am to 6pm, with an occasional 8am-8pm shift once a month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
