THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Assistant / Personal Care officer to join a Social Service / Welfare Home in Buangkok, Singapore. The role covers resident care planning, activity development, and routine documentation, with a rotating shift pattern including nights and weekends.

Applicants hold a diploma in psychology, social work or a related field, and training is provided. This full-time position requires up to 44 hours per week in a care-home setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in psychology, social work, counselling or relevant field.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
• Put up monthly interview records for residents
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises
