Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Personal Care Officer located in Singapore to plan and supervise resident care, and to develop and implement activities for residents’ wellbeing. This full-time role includes a 4/5 day work week with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Salary ranges from SGD 3,200 to SGD 4,400 monthly, with training provided to new staff. Experience in care settings is helpful, and the position requires dedication to residents' comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma in psychology, social work, counselling or relevant field.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents.
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents.
• Put up monthly interview records for residents.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises.

Education
