Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in science-related discipline
• Administrative experience is an advantage
• Education/educator-related experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of residency training and clinical education programs
• Assist Program Directors with day-to-day program operations and administration
• Support program accreditation, documentation and reporting requirements
• Coordinate resident recruitment and selection exercises
• Support the administration of faculty appointments, recognition schemes and teaching awards
• Coordinate faculty development activities, including workshops, programs, conference sponsorships and postgraduate education initiatives
• Assist with the development and review of clinical education policies, guidelines, MOUs and agreements
• Maintain accurate program and faculty records, databases and reports
• Support management and governance reporting
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, documentation and follow-up actions
• Liaise with faculty members, internal departments and other stakeholders
• Support other clinical education projects and administrative duties as required
