Overview

Researcher, Executive Recruiting at Google – apply to join our Recruiting team focused on identifying and engaging leadership talent to support Google’s leadership and business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own search strategies and deliver research for executive searches across Google product areas (Tech and Non-tech).
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters to provide domain and market insights, advise internal stakeholders on talent needs.
  • Source candidates internally and externally; build relationships with candidates.
  • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting systems and processes.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.
Preferred qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.
  • Experience in candidate engagement and assessment.
  • Experience in creating search strategies, market mapping, gaining industry insights, and ensuring process and data quality.
  • Ability to own and drive search strategy with the ability to set goals and prioritize based on market insights.
  • Ability to manage search processes including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
