Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a Research Assistant in the Centre for Behavioural and Implementation Science Interventions (BISI), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The role supports PIs, acts as the main administrator for the PIs’ workstream, and collaborates with researchers and staff to ensure timely project delivery.

Appointments will be made on a 1-year contract basis with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Psychology/Behavioural Science/Public Health or related health field.
• Working knowledge of research ethics and HBRA is advantageous.
• Experience in research project management is advantageous.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research administration ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support study management, monitoring budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate progress reports for diverse audiences.
• Provide admin support for PI workstreams and calendar management.
• Procure materials and liaise with vendors for research.
• Assist with data collection or analysis as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
