Nanyang Technological University Singapore’s Asian Centre for Health Behavioural Insights & Interventions (HABITS) seeks a Research Fellow to support end-to-end research projects from planning to dissemination. The role involves coordinating participant recruitment, data collection, and study operations, as well as preparing reports and manuscripts for publication.

You will work with Pillar Leads and Directors, manage budgets and ethics submissions, and contribute to competitive grant

Qualifications

PhD in a relevant social science field.
Experience coordinating or managing academic research projects.
Knowledge of quantitative or qualitative research methods and design.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination and day-to-day management of research projects.
Assist with competitive grant applications, literature reviews and budgeting.
Coordinate end-to-end research activities across multiple projects.
Prepare ethics submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage research databases and secure data storage.
Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative data analyses.
Prepare reports, manuscripts and conference abstracts.
Coordinate procurement, budgeting and vendor management as needed.
Engage with collaborators, funding agencies and partner organisations.
Undertake additional research, administrative and operational duties as required.
