Job summary

NTU's Asian Centre for Health Behavioural Insights & Interventions (HABITS) invites applications for a Research Associate to support end-to-end research project management, data collection, and dissemination. Collaboration with Pillar Leads and Directors is expected to drive impactful health behaviour studies.

The role emphasizes coordinating ethics submissions, budgets, data governance, and stakeholder engagement with schools, government agencies, and community partners in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience coordinating or managing academic or applied research projects.
• Experience with research involving adolescents, digital wellbeing, health, schools, or community-based interventions is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and day-to-day management of research projects.
• Assist with grant applications, literature reviews, budgeting, and documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end research activities including recruitment, scheduling, data collection.
• Prepare ethics applications, regulatory submissions, and study documentation.
• Manage research databases and data storage.
• Conduct data analyses and prepare reports and manuscripts.
• Coordinate project logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Liaise with collaborators, funding agencies, schools, government agencies, and partners.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
